Filing Fee Waivers

Low-income clients who cannot afford to pay court costs and basic household needs may qualify for a fee waiver.  In order to apply for a fee waiver, you must fill out a Request to Waive Court Fees (FL-001), and submit it to the courts along with an Order on Court Fee Waiver (FL-003).  Remember to bring an extra copy of both documents to the courts for filing.
